WooHoo! Round one of kool aid dyeing, complete. I used blue raspberry lemonade, grape, and a flavor called Jamaica (a mexican import found at Stop&Shop this weekend in the Valley!). Burgundy, purple, and electric blue. nifty. might have to get dyed a second time, same colorways, just to make it saturated enough for me, but i'm letting it dry, and will go from there. so fun!
I also went to WEBS this weekend, and got yarny goodness....Lorna's Laces shepherd sock (my first time with LL...so soft!) and a little malabrigo lace weight that's screaming to be made into socks! (also ridiculously soft!)

Yarn fun
Ok, so I'm taking the leap, and learning to dye my own sock yarn! I've just ordered 3 skeins of merino sock yarn from knitpicks, should be here by the time I get back from vacation...photos and details posted as they become available! (wish me luck!)
